You are carrying significant responsibility and want to lead with greater self-awareness, clarity, influence, and sustainability—not simply work harder.
You need your leaders moving in the same direction with a shared language for how they think, communicate, make decisions, and work through tension.
You are scaling, roles are shifting, and the cracks are beginning to show. Growth is putting pressure on communication, alignment, and the culture you worked hard to build.
New leadership, restructuring, rapid change, or other transitions have disrupted familiar ways of working. Your people need a framework to rebuild trust, clarity, and alignment.
Altitude Coaching is a structured leadership development engagement for individuals or teams, built around three progressive phases — Lead Yourself, Lead Others, and Lead Organizations. Whether you're new to leadership, hitting a ceiling, or ready to stop being the bottleneck and start building leaders around you, this program gives you proven frameworks to lead with greater clarity, influence, and sustainability.
A clear understanding of your leadership voice, energy management, and how to be fully present
Communication and conflict frameworks for building trust with every personality on your team
Delegation and development tools for multiplying your impact and building leaders around you
A full leadership action plan built through the CORE Process at each phase
The 5 Voices Leader Academy is an immersive six-session leadership development program for individuals or groups. Each session builds on the last, taking participants from individual self-awareness all the way to multiplying their leadership in others. Built on the Sherpa Model — the principle that the healthiest leaders create the healthiest teams — this program gives participants a shared language for how they think, communicate, and make decisions.
Individual 5 Voices assessment results and a shared leadership language across the entire group
Clarity on how each voice shows up under pressure and what it means to become a leader worth following
Practical frameworks for building trust, resolving conflict, and maximizing influence across every personality type
An action plan for sustainable high performance and a system for developing the next generation of leaders
The 5 Voices Performance System is a structured, measurable seven-step process that takes your organization from diagnosis through lasting transformation. Unlike one-off workshops or disconnected surveys, this program connects people development directly to business results — with benchmarks at the start, measurable ROI at the end, and a plan to scale what works across your entire organization.
A leadership audit that identifies trust gaps, communication breakdowns, and underperformance patterns before any development begins
A customized 6–12 month development roadmap with assessments, milestones, and quarterly stakeholder check-ins built in
Quantitative ROI data — re-run assessments that show measurable growth in culture, engagement, and communication effectiveness
A self-sustaining system with internal champions trained to expand the framework across departments, divisions, and locations
Your team has the awareness and the tools. Now it's time to turn that into consistent performance. This workshop helps your team define what high performance actually means for your specific group, how to maximize productivity based on each person's voice, and how to create alignment by harnessing the contribution of all five voices. Your team takes the Team Performance Assessment again to measure progress since Workshop 3.
A shared definition of high performance for your team
Strategies for maximizing productivity based on each person's voice
Tools for creating alignment across all five voices
A second Team Performance Assessment to measure progress
Everyone speaks the same language. Misunderstandings drop. Conversations become direct, productive, and respectful.
The people who usually stay silent finally have permission and a framework to contribute. Your team gets access to perspectives it's been missing.
Your team learns to address tension head-on with tools that turn disagreement into stronger outcomes instead of fractured relationships.
When people understand how their teammates are wired, collaboration stops being a struggle and starts being a competitive advantage.
Anchored Leadership is a collection of leadership development programs built around GiANT Worldwide tools and frameworks. Programs help leaders grow in self-awareness, communication, influence, team health, and organizational effectiveness. Depending on your goals, we can select the program and format that best fits where you are and what you are trying to develop.
Anchored Leadership can be adapted for individuals, groups, and teams.
Individual leaders can work through programs 1:1 with JD. Groups can bring together leaders from different organizations who want to develop alongside one another. Teams can move through the material together within the same company, church, nonprofit, athletic program, or organization.
The right format depends on whether the primary goal is individual leadership growth, shared learning with other leaders, or developing a healthier and more aligned team.
Structure varies by program and by who is participating. Some programs are designed as a series of individual coaching sessions, while others can be delivered to groups or intact teams through workshops and facilitated sessions over several weeks or months.
Programs can stand alone or build on one another, and participants use GiANT tools, assessments, and the GiANT OS platform where appropriate to reinforce learning and apply it between sessions.
The specific outcomes depend on the program and the needs of the individual, group, or team. Common results include greater self-awareness, clearer communication, stronger trust, healthier conflict, better alignment, and more intentional leadership.
For teams and organizations, the goal is not simply individual insight but shared language and practical tools that change how people work together under real pressure.
The first conversation is simply an opportunity to understand what is happening, what you want to develop, and whether Anchored Leadership is a good fit.
We’ll talk through your goals and determine whether the best next step is individual coaching, a group leadership experience, team development, or a broader organizational engagement. From there, we can identify the program and structure that makes the most sense.

"He helps me see the whole journey and the progress that’s been made"
“JD is great at seeing the common threads in what I’m processing and reflecting them back in a more cohesive way. He pushes and challenges in a way that doesn’t feel forced, and he helps me see the whole journey and the progress that’s been made.”

"Spirit-led Contemplation"
“JD creates space for spirit-led contemplation, stillness, transparent processing, and confession. His steady pace slows me down — and that is not easy to do. This work has been invaluable to me.”
- Chris McLean
Vice president of Training and Global Master Trainer

"JD is like half coach, half therapist"
“JD is like half coach, half therapist. He’s been a pastor, he knows what it’s like to shoulder the burdens of life, ministry, and work, and he gives me tools to keep leaning in, learning more about myself, and walking with Jesus.”
